The 14-Day DM Sprint is a paid trial of a human-in-the-loop DM management system. It starts with your language, runs inside agreed boundaries, and stays visible through daily reporting.
Days 4–14: Inbox coverage
During the agreed coverage window, we handle incoming comment replies, story replies, keyword DMs, and first messages. Our service standard is a response within 15 minutes during that window. When someone is a fit, we guide them toward your booking calendar. We handle the conversation; we don't promise the prospect will book.
Every day: DM reporting
Same report format, delivered at the same time each day:

We define “qualified” and “booked” before the sprint begins and track both in your daily reports. This is a specific refund-or-repeat condition, not a promise that any number of calls will be booked.

It's month-to-month. Monthly service is available only to sprint clients. We don't sell retainers to businesses we haven't worked with.

Do you use AI to write replies?
Yes. AI helps draft responses using your approved voice and examples from previous conversations. A human reviews and sends every reply. We explain this process before starting.
Will prospects know it's not me typing?
Messages are sent through your business account using the voice and guidelines you approved. We don't claim that you personally typed each response, and we don't misrepresent who is handling the conversation.
What if someone asks something outside the script?
We flag it for you. The reply library covers common questions. Unusual pricing requests, sensitive topics, and situations requiring your judgment are escalated. Urgent matters are brought to your attention the same day.
Can you get my account banned?
No third party can guarantee that an account will never face restrictions. We reduce avoidable risks by using Meta's role-based access, responding only to inbound conversations, sending messages manually, and avoiding cold-DM automation. We don't share passwords or run automated outbound campaigns.

You'll also complete a short intake form. Setup takes approximately 15 minutes of your time.
